Hi there everybody! My name is Heath and I’m a 3 year old chocolate and tan Cocker Spaniel from a Knoxville shelter. I need to find a forever home and I’m hoping you are who I’ve been waiting for. You see, I was not taken very good care of and was heartworm positive. The good people at CSAC got me my treatment and now I’m good to go. I have been neutered and brought up to date on my vaccinations. I am doing wonderfully in a foster home with one other dog. I love people, but don’t be surprised if I’m a little shy when I meet you. Once I know you’re okay, I will be your best friend. My foster mom is teaching me about house manners and says I’m a quick learner. I am crate trained and you won’t find me without a toy or a ball in my mouth! And I love, love, love to cuddle - you can even hold me like a baby! I just know I could be your very best friend and companion if you will give me the chance. I hope you will love me at first sight. Let’s start being a family right way!
