Hi there. My name is Tammy, and I’m a 7 year old black & tan Cocker Spaniel girl. I have had a pretty terrible life so far and would really like the chance at some happiness and love in a new “forever” home. Maybe yours?
I was not taken very well care of before being rescued by CSAC. I have a dry eye condition that has make me blind in my one eye and has reduced my vision in the other. No one bothered to take me to a vet for this treatable condition, but with drops in my eye twice a day, my vision may well improve. But even if it doesn’t get back to 20/20, I still get around so well you would never know.
All the neglect I’ve received my whole life has made me a timid girl, but I will warm up to you if you have the patience to love and trust me. I so desperately want a chance at a loving family to call my very own. You will be amply rewarded when you see me blossom into a loving companion and your best friend! Please help me be the pet I was meant to be.

The medical and custodial care of the many Cockers in our care is tremendous. More and more dogs are abandoned with urgent and serious medical issues. We are committed to providing the best possible care for these forgotten friends.
